About Ann

Ann Wright, Executive Coach _ NZ, Australia, Singapore.jpg

My purpose and passion is supporting professional coaches: partnering with you to develop and deepen alignment between who you are and how you coach. I appreciate how lonely and challenging and equally rewarding and satisfying it is to be a coach. Our commitment to our clients and our learning may mean that we lose perspective or omit to consider and care adequately for ourselves.

I care about and want to uphold professional coaching and coach supervision and mentoring. I am therefore accredited as a coach supervisor with Oxford Brookes, UK and a registered mentor coach with the International Coaching Federation. I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Master Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

A passionate advocate for the power of professional coaching and having trained coaches and managers to build their coaching skills in Australia, New Zealand and China, I currently

  • function as a member of the Faculty for the Moment Institute supporting coaches to develop and deepen their practice as Narrative Coaches

  • work as a facilitator with Turner International on their Coaching and Mentoring Professional Practice program (CMPP). The program provides an understanding of the ICF core competencies that underpin coaching and provides feedback to develop coaching practice to the standard required for credentialing with ICF as an ACC or PCC credentialed coach Coach Mentoring Pathway Program CMPP | Turner International
