Ann's approach to executive coaching, coach mentoring and supervision is informed by narrative coaching. She partners with clients – leaders and coaches – to identify and create a personal narrative and presence and enable them and their clients or employees to flourish.

Having worked in the private, public and NFP sectors, including Aviation, IT, Transport, Regulation, Health, Tertiary Education, Membership, and Professional Services, Ann has touched hundreds of organisations across Australia and New Zealand with her vast coaching experience and expertise.
As an internationally accredited coach supervisor and mentor, she supports professional coaches, partnering with them to develop alignment with who they are and how they coach.
