When individuals approach me privately it is often for career design coaching.
For this I usually follow a career transition coaching and development process originally designed by Career Dynamics. The result is a plan for change and support to begin the next career journey.
The full program is usually three initial 1.5 hour sessions over about 3 months. The first two sessions are often conducted close together. These sessions form the foundation for further, future support over the following three months. That support could be up to an additional five hours.
The first session is a combined self-review and assessment using various tools as required. The next two sessions would be to develop and sustain your job search approach.
At the end of those three sessions, future support can be contracted for ongoing job search support, resume reviewing and interview preparation as required.
My fees for private clients are negotiated as part of the acceptance of the proposal with payment for first three sessions due at the beginning of the coaching and then a payment in advance for subsequent agreed sessions.
As a member of the International Coach Federation and a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia, I abide by their ethical codes in my professional practice.
